Hilton has announced plans for a big expansion of its Hampton brand in the EMEA region, following an agreement with franchise operator Alshaya Group.
The agreement includes new 70 Hampton by Hilton properties in nine countries in the Middle East, North Africa, Turkey and Russia.
The first one is expected to open in Kuwait in 2021, with 50 to be delivered in the next eight years and another 20 in development.
Hampton by Hilton is the largest brand in the group’s portfolio, with almost 2,500 properties in 27 countries. Exclusive amenities include free breakfast and Wi-Fi at all properties.

Recent Hampton by Hilton openings in Europe include the Hampton by Hilton Paris Clichy and the Hampton by Hilton Frankfurt Airport.
